The idea of making wild venison jerky may have been born in Canada, but the production is entirely East Sussex based. 

Alex has made it his mission to create a sustainable, protein rich, and delicious snack, while always keeping in mind his wife Megan's Canadian roots, hence their rather unique flavour blends. 

All venison is sourced between Kent and Sussex. The venison is marinated for 48 hours in Canadeer's five secret recipes before being dried to perfection. 

With their five flavours covering those with a sweet tooth, the spice chasers, and those enjoying a fine whiskey pairing - Canadeer believes they have a flavour for everyone to enjoy. 

The Napper's 4 year old son has taken a particular liking to the "Sweet as Maple" flavour to no surprise given that it is the perfect blend of salty and sweet.
